Creatives talk a lot about process, and for good reason. We want to know (and everyone else to know) the choices are being thought through and intentional.

This might be one of the only ways PF is like most design firms.

Our process involves two parts in the intake: questions & inspiration. Your input act as the ingredients to understanding your vision, your language, and how you want things to be expressed.

Then… we talk.

The process is essentially an ongoing conversation involving creative or strategic deliverables.

Psychographics vs. Demographics

Most firms use demographics, or the defining characteristics of a market or personas in that group.

Our focus is on psychographics, or to the attitudes, aspirations, and other psychological and emotional criteria.

We use design as a language in targeting the emotions, aspirations, and attitudes of our audience.

Anthropology + Design?

Anthropology and Design are two sides of the same coin. On one side, you have the culture that creates the stories, rituals, habits, and attachments in value—and on the other, you have the embodiment and expressions of them.
