UGC & Content Strategy
Utilizing Subway’s fun and friendly brand voice, I worked with the teams at ICUC to create ongoing content for Subway’s social media channels.
The campaigns range from evergreen content like Black Friday and Holidays to specialized campaigns like “National Roast Beef Day” and Tom Brady’s No Carb Bread Option.
We also handled customer management, like when Instagram & Facebook went down. Our tweets got us into PR Week.
