Corporate Employee Branding, Ad & Social Media Exploration

Bard, a global medical technology company, partnered with Universum to strengthen its employer branding and attract talent aligned with its values of innovation, integrity, and care. The goal was to evolve Bard’s recruitment presence while maintaining consistency with its established corporate identity.

Working along with the Universum creative team, I explored multiple visual directions that extended Bard’s brand language into the talent space.

The concept centered around “Room to Grow”, positioning Bard as a welcoming and friendly place to work for those beginning their career journey.

The expressions and explorations included designing logo concepts, Facebook campaign posts, and stock photography treatments that could be used for advertisements or social posts.

The collaboration focused on bridging the gap between a legacy medical brand and the human stories behind it — positioning Bard as a forward-thinking employer that values both expertise and empathy. The result was a cohesive creative toolkit that refreshed Bard’s voice across digital and social platforms, helping the company connect with candidates who share its mission.
